Trinity Street
Trinidad, California 95570

Website

Old Home Beach (Indian Beach) is a somewhat secluded beach on the southeast side of the Trinidad State Beach area that offers incredible views of the coastline.  You also have the opportunity to see sea lions, harbor seals and other marine life from the shore and it's a great place to check out the tidepools and watch the oyster and fishing activities out in the harbor.
How to get there:
From Highway 101, take the Main Street Exit to Trinidad.  Once on Main Street, take a left on Trinity until it dead-ends at Edwards Street.  The trail down to the beachwill be in front of you where Memorial Lighthouse used to sit.  You'll see a few parking spots looking out over the water.
More info:
From the website above about the Axel Lingren Trail;  The ancient Yurok Village of Tsuarai lies in the forest cover to the left of the trail as you head down toward the beach.  The area is considered sacred by the Yurok and should be treated as such by visitors who are advised to stay on the trail and restrict their exploration to the beach.
Other things to do in the area:
College Cove is another nice beach on the north side of Trinidad.  Scenic Drive north will lead you to Sue-meg State Park.
