Sweetspot Redding is known for some pretty incredible cupcakes and if you haven't tried one, you should.  But cupcakes aren't all the restaurant offers.  Sweetspot also has a variety of scrumptious flat bread pizzas (apple gorgonzola, pesto chicken, bbq chicken and prosciutto basil just to name a few), sandwiches, and build your own salads.  Stop by when you're feeling like something light and delicious.
