The one-hundred twenty one developed campsites here are really nice and the bathrooms are pretty spectacular too!  These campgrounds are available to bikers, cars, trucks and rvs and are just a short walk to the lake, the falls and other activities within the park.
The park also has 24 cabins that you can rent.  Cabins have propane heat but no electriciy or plumbing.
You can bring your dog but they must be friendly and leashed when out in the park.

Info about the park:
Burney Falls is pretty incredible.  The water that seeps through the porous rocks at the falls are especially cool and should be seen in person.  There is an easy 1.3-mile walk around the falls that is worth taking.
There is also a marina where you can rent boats and play in Lake Britton or hang out on some of the park's five miles of coastline and have a picnic, play, relax and swim! There is also a store, gift shop and much more.
How to get there:
The park is located right off of Highway 89; just north of Highway 299.  There are plenty of signs to let you know where to turn.
More info:
Both the campgrounds and cabins need to be reserved ahead of time.
Other things to do in the area:
South of Highway 299, along Highway 89, you'll find the Hat Creek Radio Observatory and the Subway Cave Lava Tube.  Head east on 299 and enjoy the beauty of Fall River Lake and Ahjumawi Lava Springs State Park.  Be sure to check out our Event Calendar for upcoming events in the area.
