The Sacramento River blazes right along this beautiful park in Red Bluff.  The park is almost 500-acres and gives guests access to walking trails, camping, fishing, boating, biking and more.  It's a really peaceful park with towering trees and incredible views of Mt. Shasta and Lassen.
From May to September, you can see migrating fish passing through the fish ladder at the fish viewing plaza which is really cool if you've never seen it.
The park is also home to the Sacramento River Discovery Center which hosts exhibits, educational programs, photos and other information about local and regional nature resources and environments.
This is our favorite park in Red Bluff and we think you'll enjoy it too.

How to get there:
From I-5, take the Highway 36 (Antelope Blvd) exit East.  Turn right on Sale Lane (just past Chevron on your right) and the park entrance will be a short drive down Sale Lane.  For other ways to get there, check out the map.
Camping info:
The campground has grass lawns, paved sites, tables, grills, fire rings, vault and flush toilets, showers and shady trees.  Ten of the 30 sites have 20, 30 & 50 amp RV electricity. These sites also have potable water hookups.  Check out our Camping Section for more info on this and other area campgrounds.
