Situated right along the Sacramento River, Lake Redding Park has lots to offer. There are picnic tables, playgrounds for kids and toddlers, horseshoe pits, a basketball court, a gazebo and more.
There is also plenty of space to stretch out and read a book, throw a frisbee or whatever else you want to do.
How to get there:
The park is located in North Redding, north of the Sacramento River. Check out the map for your best way to get there.

There is a boat ramp there and the Sacramento River Trail also runs through the park.

Caldwell Park is right next door to Lake Redding Park. Clover Creek Preserve is a chill place to take a walk and enjoy the beauty of the area.
