Clair Engle Park in Shasta Lake serves many purposes.  In addition to holding events and live music throughout the year, the park has picnic tables and barbeques, an outdoor performance stage, playgrounds, plenty of open grass area and a community center. 
The park is also home to the Shasta Lake Skate Park.
How to get there:
From Shasta Dam Blvd in either direction, take Grand River Avenue and go about a block; the park will be on your left.
