The harbor is located where the redwoods meet the ocean.  The harbor features three restaurants, a surf shop, fishing charters, an art gallery, walking paths and more.    
It's a great place to walk around, check out the boats and enjoy the fantastic views that can be found here.  
How to get there:
Take Citizens Dock Road from Highway 101 in South Crescent City.  You can't miss it as you come into town from the south. 
More information:
At the end of the parking lot, there is a short trail that leads you up some rocks to a vista point, where most of these photos were taken.  You can get 360 degree views from here and it's worth the effort.  Visit the Harbor District Website for more information about the harbor. 
Other things to do in the area:
Battery Point Lighthouse is just to the north.  Beachfront Park, which has a killer Disc Golf Course, is located across the Harbor.  During the season, you'll find fast-paced action at a Tsunami Sirens Roller Derby bout.
