Situated right in the center of the Redwood National and State Parks, this is California's original Redwood Nature Attraction and has been welcoming visitors to this part of the world for over 65 years.  Be sure to visit the Kingdom of Trees and take a walk on the Wilderness Trail where you can see some of the biggest and most beautiful trees in the area. 
There is also a gift shop, cafe and picnic areas at Trees of Mystery.  

How to get there:
Trees of Mystery is located right along Highway 101; 22 miles south of Crescent City.

Other things to do in the area:
While you're at Trees of Mystery, be sure to visit the End of the Trail Museum.  Just north in Crescent City, Battery Point Lighthouse and Crescent Beach are definitly worth a stop. If you're heading south through Klamath, take a moment to stop by the Klamath Overlook for spectacular views.
