Rohner Park is a small park that packs quite a punch.  This family-friendly park has a playground for the kids and a fenced one for toddlers, an open softball/baseball/soccer field, a skating rink, plenty of picnic tables as well as wide open spaces for relaxation.  In addition, the park offers over two miles of hiking trails through second growth redwood trees.
If you're looking for a park in the area while on your road trip, this is a great one to visit.
How to get there:
Traveling South on Highway 101; take the Main Street exit which will lead you into downtown Fortuna. Turn left on Park Street which is just a few blocks after you go through the street light at 12th street.
Traveling North on Highway 101; Take the 12th street exit and go straight until you get to the light at 12th and Main Streets.  Turn right on Main Street and a few blocks later, Park Street will be on your left.
