Mt. Konocti County Park offers three trails that lead to three different peaks (Howard Peak, Buckingham Peak & Wright Peak); each of which offers incredible views of the surrounding area.
The most popular trail, the Wright Peak Trail, is a 6.5 round-trip hike which gives hikers amazing views from both the peak and the fire tower.  On a clear day, the Sutter Buttes can be seen from this peak.
Each of the hikes have quite an incline so take your time and enjoy the sites and sounds of Mt. Konocti County Park.

How to get there:
From Main Street in Kelseyville, turn on to Konocti Road.  Shorty after you pass the high school, it becomes a dirt road.  There will be a few houses along the way and the trailhead will be about 2 miles down this dirt road.
