Along the waterfront in Lakeport, Library Park is near the 3rd and 5th street boat launches which also have picnic tables and shady trees giving it a much bigger feel than it looks.  
There is a gazebo and plenty of places to sit along the water, read a book, enjoy some food or just relax and take in the incredible beauty of the lake. 
How to get there:
From Main Street in Lakeport, take 2nd Street toward the lake (you'll have no problem seeing it) and you'll run right into the park.

The park is within walking distance of the Lakeport Courthouse Museum. 
Other things to do in the area: 
Lakeport has some great Wineries if you're looking to do some wine tasting.  A short distance away in Kelseyville, spend the day playing in the water at Clear Lake State Park or keep the wine tasting going by visiting some Kelseyville Wineries.  If you're looking for a good hike with an incredible payoff, check out Mt.
