Road Trip to the Mendocino Coast

If you’re looking for some relief from those hot Redding days, a road trip to the Mendocino Coast is a cool way to beat the heat. From the Westport Headlands on the Northern Mendocino Coast down to Gualala Regional Park on the Mendocino / Sonoma County line and everywhere in between, you can find cool weather and fun things to do.

While you’re there, don’t miss Glass Beach in Fort Bragg, Manchester State Park, the Mendocino Headlands or Russian Gulch State Park; some of our favorites. We don’t get to the Mendocino Coast as often as we’d like but we always add new things to this section each time we do so check back before you make the trip.
