The town of McCloud and the surrounding area have a very interesting history and you can find out more about it at the McCloud Heritage Junction Museum.
From logging and fishing to early railroads and daily life, the museum will take you back in time to what life was like in McCloud in the early 1900's.
The museum has plenty of artifacts on display and fantastic volunteers who can answer all of your questions.

How to get there:
From Highway 89, take either W Minnesota or E Minnesota and follow it until you reach Main Street.  Take Main Street left and the museum will be on your right a few blocks later.
More info:
The museum is open Memorial Day weekend through the end of September; weather permitting.  For more info and updates, follow the museum on Facebook
