Located in the Red Bluff Recreation Area, the Sacramento River Discovery Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit whose staff, volunteers and partners work together to provide natural resource-based education by working with businesses and local and regional environments in a collaborative endeavor.
The Sacramento River Discovery Center uses educational displays and exhibits, hands-on instructional programs, watershed rehabilitation opportunities and other means to enhance the public's understanding, appreciation, wise use and stewardship of natural resources that make up the Sacramento River watershed.
How to get there:
From I-5, take the Highway 36 (Antelope Blvd) exit East. Turn right on Sale Lane (just past Chevron on your right). The Sacramento Discovery Center will be on your right after you enter the park.
