Located on the Waterfront of Old Town Eureka, Halvorsen Park offers incredbile views and wide-open spaces. At just under 4-acres, the park is great for reading and relaxing, throwing a frisbee or kicking a soccer ball, having picnics by the water and other fun activities.
The park also hosts special events throughout the year.

Old Town Eureka is flush with incredible Art Galleries and has some cool Museums too. Woodley Island Marina, which you can see from the park, is a nice place for a stroll and has a few points of interest related to the history of Humboldt County.
