Catch some fast-paced, family-friendly action when you visit the Ukiah Speedway.  The track hosts adrenaline pumping events from May through October so if your road trip takes you through the area and you're craving some fun of the loud and intense kind, catch a race.

If you're looking to keep the intensity high, check out a Mendocino Mayhem Roller Derby bout!  Todd Grove Park is a great local park that is home to the city's public swimming pool and Lake Mendocino is another fun place to spend an afternoon.
