Seven Devils State Recreation Site is a popular spot for agate hunting, beachcombing, fishing, relaxing or walking along the miles and miles of coastline.  
We went to this park twice on our road trip and both times, perhaps due to its slightly out of the way location, the beach was not crowded at all.  It was definitely worth the trips. 
If you're looking for a peaceful beach to visit, this is it.
