Port Orford - Arizona Beach

Highway 101
Port Orford (10 miles south of), Oregon 97465
Curry County
Website

Because there are headlands just to the north and south of this beach, there is less wind here than you find at other coastal beaches, making it just a bit warmer too.
Two creeks flow through the beach and into the ocean cutting the beach into parts giving it more of a secluded feel.
This beach is day-use only and a great place for families with kids.  Picnics and fishing are also popular activities here.

How to get there:
You'll find Arizona Beach along Highway 101 about 10 miles south of Port Orford.
More info:
The pond at Arizona Beach is for youth only (up to 17).  Visit the Park's Website for more information.
Other things to do in the area:
The Port Orford Lifeboat Station is worth a visit while in town.  Just to the north is Cape Blanco State Park and Floras Lake.
