The Discovery Museum is a non-profit children’s museum that offers interactive exhibits and thematic programs. Discovery Museum exhibits and programs promote hands-on, open-ended discovery in the areas of science, art, culture and technology. Their goal is to help youth expand their horizons and prepare for the future by fostering a passion for exploration and learning.
When you're on the road with the kids and looking for something fun to do, make a stop at the museum.

After your visit to the Museum, take a trip to Sequoia Zoo or head to Historic Ferndale and visit Centerville Beach or take a walk around Russ Park.  A trip out to Samoa to visit the Samoa Dunes Recreation Area is also a lot of fun.
